Professional Qualification

I am a Counselling Psychologist with a strong academic and clinical foundation. I hold an MSc in Psychology (Clinical) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and I bring over two years of counselling experience into my work.

Over the course of my practice, I have worked with 50+ clients and facilitated 500+ hours of therapy, supporting individuals across a range of emotional, relational, and psychological concerns.

Alongside formal training, my work is shaped by continuous learning, supervision, and a commitment to ethical and reflective practice. I believe competence in therapy is built not only through techniques, but through consistency, accountability, and respect for the responsibility this work carries.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based techniques, along with genuine human connection. I work with you, not on you, moving at your pace, guided by what feels most relevant and meaningful for you.
